seems like there is a few repeat games that was previously given free, hopefully those did not got it, this is the chance.

I do not have many games in Epic Store and i just done a quick test following:

Games can bypass Epic Store launcher (no need launcher at all, just create the game .exe shortcut on desktop):

1. Cyberpunk (purchased)
2. Control (purchased)


Games cannot bypass Epic Store launcher (must use launcher and need to manually closed after game):

1. Crysis Remastered (purchased)
2. GTAV (Free)
3. Alien Isolation (Free)
4. ABZU (free)

That is the game I have playing from Epic store for the moment.
