Error 103 (net::ERR_CONNECTION_ABORTED): Unknown error. ?

I've been getting this error alot these few days when i try to access sites like facebook, sometimes google and even hotmail.
What is going on? i've never had this happen to be before, it happens randomly and when it happens these sites don't work on other browsers (IE & Firefox).
The sites usually work again after i run CCleaner and if they don't i usually restart my computer but it gets really irritating...
Is it an internet problem or just my computer.
I searched up abit on it and most of the posts say that
-Anti virus filtering (tried disabling everything still doesn't work and i'm using eset not kaspersky)

Any help?
