error 99

I have just bought my computer parts and when i tried to start it shows error 99. any idea how to fix it ?

im currently using asrock z170 extreme4 and I'm still new to computer building so I don't really know how to fix it. at most i will just go back to the shop and have them try to fix it for me ;/

look in your manual it will say what error 99 means

92 - 99 Problem related to PCI-E devices. Please re-install PCI-E devices or try installing them in other slots. If the problem still exists, please remove all PCI-E devices or try using another VGA card.

Do a quick check whether U plugged in the pcie pin power connector to the graphic card.
