Error Code 39

Any ideas why error Code 39 appeared suddenly in Device Manager and all internal cd drive not appear in Windows Explorer and cannot be use?

What cause this problem ?

You still use an internal CD drive??

Do this:
Search Google for: "error 39 device manager"

Then read

Interesting. I used to get weird problems with Windows 10. Errors and BSODs. Everything went back to normal when I disconnected and took out my internal DVD drive entirely as well. Don't know if this might be related.
