I am using the windows 10 photo app to import photos from my iPhone 8 Plus. And it always run into error and stop half way. So I try to manually copy the files from the file explorer. Then I notice that when every I try to copy a time lapse photos, the copy will crash and iPhone will lose connectivity.
Anyone encounter this issue and any solution? Have try reinstall iTunes, the Apple mobile device support driver and reinstall windows photos as well. And it seems I need to occasionally reset the phone after it lose connectivity.
I have use the same cable to backup and update the IOS and all is okay.
