error on start

dear all

i have a few problem with my laptop

-without the power from wall switch laptop cannot boot but power light is on

-at time, the window will boot with power plug plug in, and when it loaded to window than half way it will turn black than the black screen will be hang there already

able to advise what wrong, what needed to repair

If laptop is more than 3 years old, get a new one at coming IT show.
