Error - Unfortunately, S Note has stopped working

using a non-rooted factory default Galaxy Note 2.
I booted it today, then the msg appeared.

anyway to solve this error?

settings>app manager>all> s note

clear data clear cache

done , but the prob still there.
i've tried uninstalling the app that i have recently installed thinking that there is conflict.

but still not helping.
