which one is the most wuhua one. ATM i see M1 CIS is $17+ for 65gb 3 mths contract and mypublic is $15.9 for 50gb.
Only you can answer based on your own usage. Do you need 50GB or 65GB, etc.

Just take note that M1 charges a one time fee for issuing the eSIM & everytime you need to install eSIM onto a new phone. MyRepublic does not charge the setup fee & the first 2 installs. There is anecdotal evidence that MyRepublic is slowed down when in an area with a lot of users. M1 does not.

Just curious, if one day your phone spoil and you need to reprovision esim, is it possible to do so without OTP (which obviously cannot work anymore) or deactivating the current esim?

For circles life, you can manage the Esim online and otp will be sent to your email.

MyRepublic is now offering 5G plans for eSIM. However, unlike their 4G plans, their 5G plans uses Starhub's network. If you are allergic to M1 (& it's airplane mode) but would like an eSIM, you now have this option.

FWIW, their 100GB at $19.95 seems to be a pretty solid deal; keeping the 100GB at ~$20 pricing & you get 5G + 1GB/month roaming in Malaysia, Thailand & Indonesia (but only for 6 months).

Hello all,

I am going for a 2 weeks work trip and also taking a short holiday in UK/France next week.

Looking for a reliable, tested and proven European region eSIM which can allow me to tether to my work laptop while on the move.

So far it narrowed down to 2 but I want to be it allows tethering as I had read reviews some might not allow even if they mentioned so in their website.

1) Airalo

https://www.airalo.com/europe-esim
2) ICC

https://www.icard.com.sg/products/i...20gb-4g-data-call?_pos=2&_sid=38b0a8676&_ss=r

Just want to know if any of you guys had used the above companies eSIM in UK and France and if they allowed tethering.

Thanks :)

@AshleyRiot

I didn't get the 2 service you had linked but the sim card i purchased for Greece ( Orange Holiday SIm ) did not allow tethering even though it was stated that it was possible. I suspect it was disabled because of roaming.

Just take note that if you bring a HKG/China dual SIM iPhone to Singapore Apple, it is likely it will be replaced with a local (SG) set.
Proof?

I sent in my device just last month for replacement, get back another HK set. Not local set.
