For those who have managed to secure the refund from returning the 360camera, may I know how long did the process take in total? My camera was sent thru SingPost (registered mail) on 4th Jan, till now still no news on acknowledge of receipt from both Amazon and SingPost mail tracker

imo the connector is too tiny fail design, when first use it i never remove the wrapper my phone cant detect the 360 and after installing a back screen protector my phone also cant detect the 360.

Heng i never buy dbrand if not i will cry.

I sent on the last few days of 2017. I only got notified last weekend Sunday. I’m guessing it takes roughly 3 weeks-ish.

Regarding the camera issue, u may use google's stock camera app. It had improved the photo quality significantly especially the night shots.

For camera, you can take a look at the following site. Lots of photos taken by users. Some looks really good but don't know how many times they tried to get those shots.
