Event 41 problem

My PC kept shutting down unexpectedly and when I went to check my window log, I found the cause of this was Kernel-Power and the error is given as Event 41. Now I went to google about it and did some troubleshooting such as updating my drivers but the problem still persists.

Did HDD scan and it's fine, so i m pretty sure it isnt my HDD failing on me. Can anyone pls advise?
