What is so hard about swiping then scanning your face? I don't understand some ppl. They would rather the cam is constantly scanning 24/7, 365 so the second u stare at it, boom its unlocked? Think of the battery drain!

Besides its not as if u MUST swipe then say cheese while u pose for the camera to recognise one's ugly face. Lol! U will be looking at your phone anyway so just look directly at it & swipe simultaneously.

Or maybe that is too much multitasking for some ppl's brain to process.

You can swipe even when Face ID is doing its thing.. it will go to home screen once your face is authenticated.

Anyone switching to iPhone X from iPhone 7? Managed to secure a set from Singtel on 4th November but i’m not sure if the switch will be worth it :/
