I was & still am pissed off by the protruded camera. But I use a case so it kinda solve it.

Now Apple come up with a notch. Seriously ridiculous.
The notch is ok to me.. it seems to just “disappear” when I start using the phone.

Don’t blame Apple. It’s not their fault. The fault lies in app developer who did not update their app for iPhone X.

oh really, sorry i didn’t know the apple app store don’t have stringent app quality checks

it is also developer fault if an app not designed for ios11 is still available to download in the ap store, they should have told apple to take it down

Hi anyone tried playing with ARKit? Does it come right out of the box?

The devices that use A9, A10 and A11 chips are:

iPhone 6s and 6s Plus
iPhone 7 and 7 Plus
iPhone SE
iPad Pro (9.7, 10.5 or 12.9) – both first-gen and 2nd-gen
iPad (2017)
iPhone 8 and 8 Plus
iPhone X

any device above will support AR.

Talk about anker charger I recently purchase the 5 port+ with usb C PD I also encountered charging “stop” at 80% with my iPhone 6, Sony M5 and 5s.. is it really an anker thing ?
When it happens I will off the phone and it will charge to 100%.

I think it has to do with Anker charger

I see a blue tint on mine, but I didn’t realise it until you pointed out and I tried looking for it actively.

That’s what I posted earlier also. The color shift if u view from an angle. I search online and Apple claim it’s normal....

Thanks. So you mean I need to download 3rd party app to play with this feature? Is there an app that I can use out of the box?

I didn't have any issues before this with iPhone 6-7 plus

But iPhone X sometimes cannot charge past 80%

iPad charger no such issue

It’s normal. Even Samsung phones which have the best displays show a blue tint when viewing off-angle. Doesn’t bother me too much frankly since I don’t often view my phone off-angle.

Just got my iPhone X two hours ago. Man this phone feels so great on the hand. Small size, big screen. It screams premium. Face ID has worked flawlessly for me so far. Battery is good, after some photos and usage decreased by 7%

Blue tint on mine as well when off axis, but it’s not a big issue.
