Thanks for the info. The typhoon was bad granted, but that did not stop them from shipping to other countries. I think Singapore just low priority or AD here not active enough.

Now already Wednesday. So I hope the next excuse is not going to be sorry golden week in China, delay again.

Once again thanks for the info. Fingers crossed.

Singapore is a priority market for FiiO and is one of the 3 launch markets of the FiiO X7 Mark 2. As the shipping arrangement varies from market to market, it is unfair to make some of the comments without understanding the situation.

FiiO announced the BTR3 during the KLIAV show and there was a pre-order, this translated into priority fulfillment as one of the FiiO representatives was at the show during the show and there wasn't enough to fulfill all the orders. Singapore is one of the few markets to experience a delay in the delivery of the BTR3.

Rest assured that I am in communications with the distributor of FiiO in Singapore. The delay of the BTR3 is a one-off affair also owing to the greater than expected sale of the device in China.

Not speaking up for Eng Siang, but they were one of the first distributors outside China to receive the FiiO M3K DAP which was marked as delivery to market AFTER the BTR3.

Thank you for the info on availiabilty of the BTR3. I will check it out asap.

As for my comments being unfair, I feel I am just expressing issues from my point of view. If Fiio or the AD wants us to be fair then they should let us have more information. In this case, the information is coming from you who I assume is not related to both Fiio and AD. I thank you for replying and helping to liaise with Fiio.

If you had read my msg earlier, I am comparing our situation with Malaysia, again from my point of view. If Singapore was a priority Market why were we not on the first in the list receive the goods? Why were there so little information on the product?

I will let it rest here. Suffice to say the situation can be better understood if more information is available.

Again I thank you for your kind help in providing said information and to get in contact with Fiio.

I hope at least this batch will already be flashed with latest v0912 firmware.
