EVGA RMA question

Hello, I purchased my evga gtx780 ti from amazon and now my card starts to blank out on heavy load. so i need to RMA it. i've read on some post that the card can be sent to convergent and they will send it back to the service center.

1) does anyone have any experience with this, (sending a US item to convergent for RMA)?
2) how much does convergent charge?

Convergent will charge you a certain fee with shipping charges to send it back to Taiwan instead.

Not sure how much but the cost to ship back the card will be costly due to the weight.

Call in convergent and ask if they still do it.

i dun think they do rma for non local evga stuff anymore ..but no harm to drop them an email..

If, they dun entertain ur request, u can first register ur card at the nearest evga svc ctr which at taiwan.

register for an acc, register ur card , upload amazon invoice etc

after that, under support proceed to get ticket for rma..

after that shortly they will contact u on how to send ur card..etc

Note: u will only need to pay one time to taiwan...return is free...iirc..

n send only the bare card nothing else...base on my 690 which is heavy, i was quoted ard 50 bucks shipping...
