Hi guys. I know its not related to iPhone cause not many people reply there. But I have an iPad air 2 which I want to exchange. Will I get a new set or refurbished? On the spot?

Replacement takes 3-5 working days, subject to Apple's warehouse stock. Normally, you will receive a call from the representative in QCD that unit is ready for collection within 3 working days.
