Exchange iphone 5s

I have iphone 5s from singtel still under warranty , i wanna change the new one base on warranty policies. So can i change from apple or need to bring to singtel ?

go to comcentre to replace it? Whats wrong with ur iphone5S? I finally got to changed mine after going down to comcentre 4 times with my stupid battery issue. Now they exchange is completely a new set( can check with model number in the phone). But going down once may not be able to change your phone unless its very obvious

just the phone will do. Every phone details and warranty will be stored inside their system once they enter your phone serial number

lol...i just changed mine ytd. After going down to the service centre 4 times =D
Having battery issues for quite some time already.

Now they claim to have some software to check on whether the phone was really faulty. They rejected my cousin's request saying it was a corrupted firmware problem.

last time dont need 4 times. anything wrong and they cover, they just swap isnt it?

ya..ikr. last time go down once can change alr. now need keep going down so they can put a report stating customer coming back repeatedly with same problem. and now they give a new set so they are quite strict with the exchange.
