Ask you all. Do you still change enough twd go Taiwan holidays? Or use what cards or app? My last Taiwan trip was 2018 and I was still more cash transactional...

Use youtrip, revolut or trust cards. Change some cash here and go taiwan to withdraw cash from atms or charge to the cards. This can apply traveling to most countries.

So use cash still better.
