Those who want to grab, faster go grab....this rate is much higher than real time trading rate. Which is likely impossible and will not last long. Suspect got "dirty money" to be cleared......LoL

Usually I use the get4x.com website to check the rates before I head down.

Seems the best rate now is 22.75 (real time), is a shop at Arcade also. GCC Exchange.

Of course, not all shops are on the website so maybe got other shops with better rates. But still a good reference to consider.
