Hi guys, just came back from Taipei, airport rates and bank rates around taipei are all 22.85 +/- a little (won't cross 22.90), there is an additional 30 TWD admin fee per transaction. So yea, acrade is better as of now.
hit 23, people would wait somemore lol ...
if not in a rush to travel to taiwan ...
since the rate going weaker against sgd each day ...
