I think rates good, and sure many heading up the week from 16-24th. Thus money changers may just stock up.

IMO, once SG is changing about 23.5..Taoyuan Airport rates the same or slightly lower & of cos not forgetting the NT30 transaction fee..Unless u head to DBS Taiwan of cos..
