parkway - the shop just outside the entrance. a lady kept shouting at me to go in when i was taking a look and she gave me this rate when i asked. Didnt change in the end cos my frd said taiwan bank will be higher..
went last mon, airport rate was only 22.24. sianz....

u sure 23.35? i just went today they offer me 22.40. most shops offer 22.4.. highest was 22.44

actually, the rate there in taiwan is not bad too... I went to TPE in April/May, the rates at TPE airport were even higher as compared to what i changed in Chinatown....

I arrived at TPE airport on 14 Oct (Tue). There are quite a few money changers there. The rate was 22.67 with a NT30 service charge. Definitely better to change at airport and you can't miss the money changers.
