most of the time it is better but some ppl claim that it was worse than sg rate when they went.. up to you to believe

taoyuan intl airport has good rates i think. 30 NT for every transaction i went there to change a little bit.

its true tat the rate is better at taoyuan than sg. but it's just a few cents.
eg i change at 232, it offer 232.2 not much diff.

erm.. just to check with u.. is 30NT for every transaction or every 100SGD exchanged? cos i am going to change quite an amount of NT.. if its 30NT per 100SGD then i rather change in singapore...

NT$30 for per transaction..Just came back on Tues night..

Just a quick comparison..

Westmall Money Changer = SGD$1 to $22.6
Suntec Money Changer = SGD$1 to $23.1(I called and ask)
Taoyuan Airport Money Changer = SGD$1 to $23.2(Per transaction of NT$30 Svc Charge)

If you feel that you didnt change enough NT before going over, pls change extra @ Taoyuan Int'l Airport before heading out.
