But when i went Taiwan 1week+ ago, the Airport rate is like 24.124

Those that wish to change in Singapore, be prepared to see a rate of 23.xx

The rates fluctuates bro, I change at 23.5x a month or two back but i'm cutting lost so I try to peg a bit higher than current rate.

2 weeks is a long time for forex. Generally airport can give you quite a good rate but looking at the current rate, I doubt you can get 24.1x in tw now.

5 days back at taipei airport, their rate is 23.42 ...
Now the rates dropping lol...
Think sheen excahnge is 23.70 ...
Luckily went there last week, changed at 23.94

24.142? Then definitely you are looking at the wrong column. Trust me, over counters have not hit 24 in cash, not even the last month be it in Singapore or Taiwan DBS.

24.124 is probably the rate they're buying TWD at, not the sell rate. 23.945 is still very very high though.
