Still worth if you are nearby and you are changing a substantial amount though. I still will make a trip to DBS as usual. Arcade still lose out to Taiwan banks at airport. So you really may have to check again.

I changed the leftover hkd i had in the end in Bank of Taiwan. No transaction fee. If u guys want to change in banks outside the airport, i suggest u bring along renminbi or hkd which is more widely accepted. It is too difficult to find banks that will accept sgd.
