For BOT or in Taiwan airport, Under "Cash" do we refer to 'Buying' or 'Selling' if we want to change SGD to NT$.

Always get confused between the 2 : We 'buying' NT$, money changer 'buying' SGD ...

When all else fails, just take the lowest rate.
