Before and after also have. Prefer Megabank.

There are 2 banks offering currency exchange: bank of taiwan and megabank. Megabank offers better rates. There are several counters before and after customs clearance. So dun worry about missing them.

Before customs and after also have, rates are the same/very similar throughout the airport

I made the mistake of changing before clearing taiwan customs...a horde of china tour group swarmed the customs while i was queuing

Almost made me miss my train at taoyuan hsr

Can change in town, most if not all megabank or bank of taiwan branches can change money,
But take note its up to 3.30pm daily for exchange foreign currencies. And only on weekdays
