If your timing is ok normal - taoyuan airport gave better rates.

I finally changed mine at Arcade last Friday. Rate was 22.85.

My father-in-law changed some today, he said it's falling, at 22.65... think rates will continue to fall, and he said that a lot of money changer don't dare to take in more taiwan money coz the economy not good, and will continue to drop, so a lot of place also no stock...

like to ask if we withdraw money in Taiwan (ATM machine), what rate will it be based on? will that usually be any worse off?

and like to confirm it is a NT30 service charge for megabank at airport? how about BOT?
