Actually why not change at Taiwan airport when you arrive? I have been to Taiwan a few times and notice that airport rates is always higher than local money changer rate.

But there is a admin charges of 30NT

Cos when the rates in SG is above 23, sometimes the rates over at Taoyuan is either similar or slightly lower..

The only time when Taoyuan is worth it after taking in the service charge into account is when local exchange is offering rates in the region of 22.5+-

yup heard still the night marker voucher. i need to change more money befre i go. hope can raise higher.

If it is still night market then it is not worth the trouble to go down and change as the voucher only value at NT100. The best so far i get is theme park ticket. Last year end of the year i got Icash card and some freebies from 7-11.
