can compare with the stated rate online at Bank of Taiwan, then deduct NT$30 accordingly to see which is the better option.
If difference is negligible and Arcade is convenient for you, might as well change first and have the $ in hand. 1 less thing to think about.

According to Bank of Taiwan Online Rate, it is now 23.52 for S$1.

Money changers are scattered all around Taoyuan airport terminal, both before and after the passport control area. They will deduce NT$30 (which is like S$1+) as a transaction fee.
Frankly I think it is convenient to just pay this fee, as there is usually no queue at the airport.

meaning that sgd will be weaken against other currencies...
last time 100sgd = 2370 ntd
perhaps now maybe u would get only 2360ntd or lesser ...

last week google rate was 26.xx, then arcade was 25.9x
now google rate was 25.82, guess arcade rate should be 25.7x
