23.70 arcade in the evening ... changed at the last store ...
managed to change before they close the shop ... others offering 23.67

I was there queuing at 5+pm, at the last shop too, n they stopped accepting customer after me. My heart almost skipped a beat when they bring out the closed sign..haha

Was at arcade today and the rate was between 23.65 - 23.75. Chose to change at the 23.7 shop as the queue was shorter

We it depends on how much u changed as well.
I went to the one that states 23.68.
I say others offering 23.7 liao.
Then they adjusted.
U can try next time, no hard.
With ur published rate: i lugi 100ntd this morning.
