google rate for twd is 23.64
think maybe arcade should be around 23.30

cox 2 weeks back, arcade rate is 23.70, when google is 24.xx

hope it can raise higher and have a better exchange rate.

I really regret did not changed on last Friday, one of the money changers at Chinatown offered 23.67.

changed mine last week at 23.62. while i hope can go up, but i think anything above 23.6 would be good.
