Go to the airport to change. Rate much better here at airport, just after the SIM card shops

Oops I forgot to mention the place. The Taoyuan international airport money changers. A few of my friends were concerned that it is too early to change there at 5am.

Yes，Taipei Taoyuan International Airport.
If you see them closed, after collecting your luggage, clear customs, they are opened.
No need to worry too much on that.
First bus to Taipei leaves about 6am.
Your sim card telco provider will open about 7am.

I sold mine on late nov at 31.60
Then now if use usd to change twd like bo hua.

Depends on how much u change sgd to usd. For me it is much better to use usd than changing sgd for NT.

SGD to NT is now 21.67. I changed at 22.2 using usd.
