yeah they have, but sad, will only be going the KS city during my last 3 days of the trip. guess i have to make do with changing in singapore.

Kenting. Anyway I changed at arcade yday. Highest rate was 21.62. I feel No point going the hassle of going one big round to find DBS in kaohsiung just for that 8-9 bucks difference cause I'm not changing very big amount.

Even change at Tw airport beats changing in Sg.

Correct.
Also out of airport, you need to find the banks.

Some banks will refuse to change sgd to ntd for you.

Reason being: they will say you are not their resident clients and will only entertain those who have changed ntd to sgd, thus willing to change back sgd to ntd for you.
