Wah... Arcade rate like quite good.

The Arcade you guys are talking about is the one at Raffles Place right?

Is arcade opening on saturday morning? Can only go there to change on sat morning le. Do you guys think that the rate will go up again? Coz I gng Taiwan on March....thinking to change about 3k....should I change now or later or change a bit now and the rest later?

highest is 23.5 or 23.6,not sure whether will it still go up
but current rates is consider veri good

even it do go up,i dun think it will break through 24
