It depends..IF SG is hitting 23.2 and above, both side should be very similar..But Taiwan side charges NT$30 service charge per transaction..

But if SG is 22.x then likely Taiwan side would be slightly higher..

If SG is higher then yes it's low..

And 95% of the time, Megabank is slightly higher than BoT..
