4 days back changed money in a bank in taichung. 22.9. can't remember which bank

what time does taoyuan airport money changer opens?

where else can i exchange currency in case they run out of stock.

the banks on the streets. they do not hav money changers there, so head over to the bank. the rate is same as airport ;)
