As per now, Mega bank rate is 23.12 with a handling fees of NT30.

if you change at the bank itself there is no service charge. changed at megabank itself when i was in taiwan.

Above 23 is considered good, one of the highest this year was when I got 23.55 in early Feb. Can change if rate shows signs of dropping from present levels.

I would suggest you change in SG, I'm at taiwan now. The rate on 14 July at Taoyuam airport is 23.1

that is why i am still pondering if i should change now for my next yr trip
rates isnt that high these days from what i see~
