Next to entrance is outside or inside? I might be going down tonight. 23.6 is consider high already although the highest so far is 23.65 this year for me.

Feel tat the 0.xx to few cents fluctuation is not really significent unless u r dealing a lot of cash like the money changer.

True but if you decided to change over 1K, it might make some difference.

eg. 23.4 x $1000 = NT23400
23.5 x $1000 = NT23500

NT100 is quite alot already in Taiwan. Can buy 2-3 bubble tea.

From SG to NT, we are looking at selling rate.
So NT 100 = S$4.28 therefore S$1 = NT 100 / S$4.28 = NT 23.36

If not sure, then asking will be the BEST POLICY. Now most money changers will tell you, rates will be subjected to changes without prior notice. Haha!
