So I've been seeing the recommendation to change in Taoyuan. is it still the case? is there admin fee? I'm saw that the rates are generally better in Taiwan but any hidden charges?

Arcade, i was there like 30 mins ago the best rate was 23.47. any better rates anywhere?

Taoyuan airport - admin fees is NT30
DBS Taiwan - no admin fee

In order to change at DBS Taiwan, you must at least have some NT with you for the travelling from Taoyuan to Airport and to the bank plus some for your food etc if needed.

Yup but the rates are not as good as DBS TW. Compare to Sg still better of cos.

Not sure if you're aware... FYI, DBS holder can do withdrawal at DBS HK/TW ATM machine without withdrawal fee..
