Guys can go to XMD Bank of Taiwan Forex Dept to change $$$. Its opposite the president palace and just a 10mins walk from XMD MRT Station =) Went there twice during my stay quite easily accessible.

Bank of TWN need to pay admin fee? cos i think why we are talking about DBS TW was because we don have to pay for admin fee. if there's no admin charge i think we would go to the most convenient one

Bank of TW and Mega bank need NT30 admin charge. Furthermore DBS TW has the highest rate so far. No other banks can fight as far as we are concern now.

I changed mine around 2 plus in the afternoon and the best rate i found was 23.31

while u walk to the customs officer,there is 1. after tat when u go out of the restricted area, there is 2
iirc at the area, wehre u collect luggage, oso got 1 or 2

am at taiwan right now....airport rate is at 23.30 with a NT30 commission. should have changed at Singapore.
