The rate on the website states 23.30 though.

I personally feel that u shld change if the location is convenient for u. I.e, work near arcade then go there change, else change at airport if u land in tw on a weekday... Otherwise if u were to make a trip to dbs tw just to change money then not very cost effective (effort, difference in rates maybe only few sgd dollars) unless it is on the way to some place u want to go to or u r changing alot.

For me i change some at tw airport on a weekend at a low rate because 1. I have ard 4k twd left; not enuff for 2 days in tw! 2. I will be near dbs tw during the next few weekdays.

those who changed at arcade today at 23.4......plus, you all changed how much? more than 1k?
do list down roughly because I only changed it at 23.30. exchange rate VERY CLEARLY states 23.30 there. I went to many changers to check.

So I garner everyone who changed at arcade only got 23.40 and above rate due to changing more than 1k. Take note those who are changing lesser. I went there 12 hours ago just to see what people who posted here is true. Changed less than 1k rate was 23.30 and not 23.41 as stated by others here.

Changed only 300sgd because even west area can get more than that but why should I waste my time and money to travel all the way to west side. Will be changing the rest of the money in taipei.
And FYI, I changed 300sgd and my friend changed 600. Total 900 SGD

From my past experiences in taipei banks, the rates there were better than Singapore!
My advice to anyone who's going Taiwan, change a bit here (you would still end up changing a few hundred in Singapore) and take the rest of your SGD to the major banks in Taipei.

I hope some of you users are not staffs of Arcade money changer just to promote the shop. If I manage to CSI you down as usual with other users, I'll post to EDMW and we'll see how your business goes. Good day to you.

I would change 500 sgd in Singapore and 1500 sgd in TPE. The banks there have better rates, this I can confirm by my relative living there.

I'm Bro Eagle and eagle says go to the bank. It'll be 23.47 today. Bank of Taiwan, they have a few outlets in main places like Ximending, Xinyi district, Zhongshan rd. Not sure of directions go there ask for directions, that's what I did the first time round.
