Thks, the money changers at arrival area at T2 open much later. If want to change there then must go to departure side.

Hi,

I had been to taiwan twice and saw money changer at terminal 1 and terminal 2 baggage collection areas only.

So if we leave the arrival gate out to the 'Public area', there won't be money changer anymore???

That means we must stay inside and wait for them to open shop??

Just back from Taipei and the rate is now going up

For those who will going to Taiwan during Lunar New Year period:-

DBS Taiwan will not be open for business during 9-17 Feb.
Rest of the bank may also be close.
It is their extended long holiday!!!

AT Taiwan, DBS Taiwan will have the better rate among other banks.
Furthermore, no service fees of NT30.
