shd look at the rate on right hand side. 23.81 is the rate for buying sgd from the bank.

err.. i though need to ask for a better rate.. if no need ask, then the display show is 23.32 only... but XE market rate indicate is 23.68.. so i tot best to query abt the exchange rate since i going to change 5k sgd.
