Nope. Now it is either Singapore change alley/arcade, or dbs. Need to check them. Of course, dbs will be when you get there, then if it convenient, your travel plans as well.

Of course one is that u get cash immediately, the other is when u get there. By the time u wait, the rates can go up or down. Anyone's guess.
