Wah was 22.7, today 22.5...lol
often such reports is bluff ppl only...in actual fact, the growth did not even hit their minimum expectNo leh..it's mainly because their big neighbours are not doing well, and also Taiwan reported higher than expected growth for Q2.. Hence currency strengthened. There are simultant for inflow of funds due to infrastructure projects and it is not expected to stop. Not to mention low interest rate. Moreover, Mr Ma release news that he will not be driving down the currency to boost export.. Overall sentiment is that Taiwan is in for growth this year, especially in Q3, with new trading agreement with other countries to seek closer trade ties to reduce its reliance on China. Many believe the rally will continue for sept and oct, with some hopeful that Q3 will report slower growth to offset Q2's result.

Should I change now or wait later? Flying Nov.
Going on 19 Sep but haven't changed yet lol...
On a side note, will the banks in TW be opened from 19 - 22?
Since mid autumn festival is their hols :/
Banks will not be opened on those dates. So the only place u can change is at the airport only. If u really need to, then bring other currencies as most major shopping malls only accept, great britain pound, yen, yuan, euro and USD.
Not SGD.
