DBS banks in Taipei need to queue long long or not, or transaction can be completed with few minutes?

I believe thats the rate for DBS Taiwan ATM. Just use your DBS / POSB ATM card.

Yup, all DBS TW are having same rate.

No queue at all for all my trips so far. Changed in Taipei, Taichung, Changhua, Kaohsiung before.

Nope ... is changing in the bank itself. ATM rates i am not very sure on this. you need to bring your passport for sure unless you bring along your Taiwan friends with you if you have any. They just need to show their ID.

ATM rate is much lower than changing cash at DBS taiwan. Withdrew quite a few times using ATM before. When the rate was 23.3+ at DBS taiwan, atm rate was around 22.8 or 22.9 depending whether you use cirrus or plus.

you can exchange it with 390 sgd
its enough for you to spend 2-5 days in Taiwan,
which after that you can change your SGD in taiwan itself.

why change with me?
if you stay in Tampines,
you dont need to go city to change NTD,
save travel and time.

If you check earlier thread, best to change in Taiwan DBS bank.
Current rate floats between 23.45-23.55.
