30nt is nothing if one change a lot. this time round i saw a lot of money exchange counters already opened at 5am+ close to 6am from the gate to after customs. No worries for those who needs to change.

I went about 10am. Think 9 open liao. I changed about 1K. There is no limit. But there is a limit of 60K NTD value that a person can bring into Taiwan without declaration.

Anything more, just be careful.

dbs open during wkday exclude PH open about 9 to 3.30pm~

you need to present your passport to them also~ no limit to how much you can change since they should have plenty of TWD in their bank but bare in mind how much $$ you can bring in to taiwan as per mention
