as u can see i did mark down frm online rates usually is abt 4cent diff

it looks like their 'margin' is around 3-4%, so if a currency is close to 1:1 with our S$, then 4c is about right
But NT$ is 23+, so 4% is about 0.9
So if inter-bank is 23.9 then money changer should be about 23.
Otherwise wasting time for them ba

Ultimately for the last year, DBS.TW gives the best rates that not even BOT, MEGABANK can match.

So instead of asking how much, go down to money changer and check. Then compare with the rates from you mobile phone from those of MEGAbank and BOT. That will give you a fair rate to compare.

I guess sometimes it's a little confusing depending on which country you are at.

In Singapore they are selling NT$ to you.
In Taiwan they are buying your S$ in exchange for NT$.
So different column depending on where you are at.
