No dbs in Taoyuan airport. Need go town. So either change in Arcade or get the lousy rates at taoyuan.

U can google search dbs taiwan. There's map of DBS location in taiwan.
If not wrong dbs is not avail at airport. But there's lot if branches in Taipei city now. When u going?
