Correct me if I am wrong.

If I want to change money to currency A in Singapore, I will look at the Sell rate for currency A.
If I decided to change money to currency A in country A, I should look at the Buy rate for SGD offered in country A.

If I have currency B and want to change to currency C in Singapore, how will the conversion be done? Do they convert currency B to a base currency first (like SGD or USD?), then from the base currency to currency C?
Does that mean I should look at the Buy rate for currency B followed by Sell rate for currency C?

Likewise, if I decided to change money from currency B to currency C in country A, is it also the same?

If U sell, money changer is BUY from u.

Correct so far.

Look for Buy B rates to get your A currency
Then look at Sell C rates to get C currency from A currency.

Correct?
